🌴 Villa Calangute – Terms & Conditions:

We want you to relax, enjoy and make wonderful memories! 😊 These simple guidelines help ensure a safe, comfortable stay for you, our neighbours and future guests. Thank you for your cooperation. 🙏

1. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: After 2:00 PM | Check-out: By 10:00 AM. Unauthorised late check-out may result in forfeiture of the full security deposit. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges.

2. Housekeeping
Daily housekeeping is available between 12 noon and 5:00 PM. Additional housekeeping beyond these hours costs ₹1,000 for 5 hours.

3. Swimming Pool Safety
Pool access is permitted only between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. There is no lifeguard on duty. Guests use the pool at their own risk, and children must be supervised by parents at all times. The person making the booking is responsible for all members of their group, including children.

4. 🔇 Strict Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM–9:00 AM
Loud music, drums, fireworks and excessive noise are strictly prohibited during these hours. We respect our neighbours, including senior citizens, and must comply with applicable noise regulations. Violations may result in forfeiture of the security deposit and immediate eviction.

5. Linen & Towels
For stays of 3 nights or less, linen and towels are not changed during the stay. Our villas follow a self-catered accommodation concept. Daily changes can be arranged at an additional cost if requested at the time of booking.

6. Outdoor Events & Parties
Weddings, anniversaries, DJ nights and other outdoor events will require prior government approvals. Please contact management in advance for guidance. Noise violations after 9:00 PM will result in forfeiture of the ₹40,000 security deposit.

7. Personal Belongings
Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings and valuables. Please use the digital lockers provided and secure all doors and windows.

8. Vehicle Restrictions
Large buses and minibuses are not permitted on the property.

9. Personal Staff
Drivers, cooks and other personal staff may not stay overnight inside the villa without prior approval and paid arrangements.

10. No Pets
Pets are not permitted on the property.

11. Smoking Policy
Smoking is prohibited indoors and permitted only in designated outdoor areas, such as balconies or gardens.

12. Booking Modifications
All booking changes must be requested by email and confirmed by management. Verbal requests are not valid unless confirmed in writing.
